Why does my hair look so dry

Help me figure out how to make my hair moisturized, I have low porosity hair. My routine for non wash day is wet and Camilla rose leave in milk then carols daughter oil. For wash day I use Shea moisture black castor shampoo and conditioner then tgin honey mask then Camille rose leave in milk.
