Pinch like feeling, anyone else? Please help

I am getting a pinch like sensation on the left side on sternum here and radiates through this area and collarbone area and through left arm. Walking seems to make it more uncomfortable and emotional stress. Sometimes last hours. Does anyone else experience this? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you 😊
