I lost 34 pounds from eating baby food
I lost a lot of weight in just a few months by eating baby food. I struggled a lot with recent weight gain due to birth control, working from home, and pregnancy I was so close to being 200 pounds and I am now 156 pounds. My goal weight is 120 pounds or preferably less but no bigger than 120
I was bored eating so much and picked up some nasty habits with junk. I simply just started eating baby food. My favorite is the baby oatmeal with banana, it taste so good and it’s good for you (I don’t use breast milk or formula for milk, that’s just taking it too far, I just buy milk). Baby food have all the nutrients needed and I’m healthy too and I’m losing weight and it’s so easier for me to track my calories on the baby food container. Also it keeps me very full. I don’t feel so addicted to food anymore. I don’t use the meat baby food though, those are really nasty. I am mostly veggie for the most part now. I’ll eat a fast food meal once and a while to fill in my cravings but all I really do eat is baby food
