First 10k
Rowed my first 10k tonight with the only goal of finishing in under 40 minutes! Usually my workouts just consist of 1-3 strength movements followed by the C2 Workout of the Day, so I’m happy with how this went! I’d like to re-test in a few months to see the progress made by using the short-to-medium time domains that are typically programmed.
