COB Needs a Fan Episodes

Not sure if anyone else has noticed this, but since Conan's HBO show came out, the quality of the COB Needs a Fan episodes has changed (and unfortunately I think for the worse). Before it was talking to fans about their lives and the segment would end with the fan asking Conan a question. I really enjoyed that.

Now every meet a fan episode is fans wanting Conan to come to their city, and Conan asking what they would do together there. And it's leading itself to less variability or fun as the more "ask Conan a question".

Not sure if anyone else has noticed that? I hope it reverts back to how it used to be!
