my computer still cannot update

Lemme tell u how this happens: Read till end bc this is weird note: windows 10, version 22H2

clicks on restart + update getting ready, dont turn off ur pc completes normally till 30% randomly restarts flies through the update until 92% takes a bit more time to go to 96% we couldn't complete changes, undoing my monitor gets this screen (attached picture) restarts undoes changes yet again cleaning up, dont turn off ur pc goes to settings, update and security error, i click on retry some updates start installing cycle repeats
