Are these pharmacies for people with diabetes and/or obesity only?

I hope this isn't a stupid question, but I was wondering if places like Emerge and Orderly are only for people with diabetes and/or trying to lose weight from a high BMI or obesity. I don't fall into any of those categories, but I do have binge eating disorder and am at a normal BMI. I'm about to go into an IOP program for my eating disorder so have been researching solutions a lot, because the only medicines that really help lose weight affect the brain/mood a lot which is hard for me because I'm also bipolar (of course besides the injectables which seem to be unavailable to me). Please help and I hope this isn't too ridiculous of a question. Thanks.
