Why do people not like annie

I started to watch community about a few months ago and i rewatch every now and then but i been getting alot more community clips on tiktok and every time annie is in a video people in the comments are hating. I thought she was a fine character, not my favorite but definitely not the worst from the cast and she has some really good episodes starring her like the law and order episode and the episode where she breaks the dark knight dvd. Please some one explain.
