I need help

Even though I have a simple problem I think it is good to provide all the context you think is required, But first, I tried to test the new version of the mod "Generals evolution" However, I couldn't because it told me that I had to have red alert 3 installed... If I had it installed, it was the uprising so I assumed that the normal one was needed but even so it didn't work, Something that I think is relevant to clarify is that I currently have Windows 7, It happens that before I had Windows 10 but after a strange error (Which by the way, I consider an anomaly worthy of SCP) I had to go back to 7, So, if someone knows what is happening, tell me at least why the mod does not detect the game even having it installed
