Is every apartment in Columbia roach infested?????

The apartment I live in now is completely taken over by roaches and so was the one I lived at before when I first moved here. I’ve never in my life dealt with this before I moved from NC lived in two apartments in the span of 4 years and neverrr seen a roach. Every apartment I’ve looked at the reviews warn about roaches I just cannot believe how disgusting this place is omg.
