International Student

I'm a Sr. High School International Student from India, I wish to apply into universities from the US, Britian, Aus. for FALL-2025

Not soo specific about the college atm, but I wish to know where it's still possible for us (international students) to grab fully funded-scholarships considering that I've not yet given my SAT.
moreover, I believe my extracurricular weighs out for SAT.
