Question: how to morning Cold Plunge?

Since December, I've been using a cold plunge every evening for 2-3 minutes, and it's been an amazing. Recently, I've noticed some of you mentioning morning cold plunges, and I’m curious...

Do you go straight into the cold plunge directly after waking up? Or do you do some kind of warm-up beforehand? Isn’t it a bit too much of a shock for the body first thing in the morning?
