St@y cancellation by h0tel from mmt

Hey. We are a group of 4 and had booked st@y for 25th from mmt. The h0tel called today saying they want to cancel booking becuase they have recently came on mmt and the rooms are already full. Luckily i booked trip assure from aditya birla when making the h0tel booking anticipating this. Now, what are my options considering i have insurance prebooked? It is showing bounced booking 20k per head. But i want to go through that if that is the only option i have.
