Recommendations for Bar Cart/home bar

Hi everyone,

Expanding my bar cart into a more permanent bar kind of set up. I have the usual mixers + base liquors/spirits. I wanted to include some higher end stuff as well (not for mixers/cocktails) if anyone has any recommendations for the following:

Rum: was thinking of Appleton 8Y

Vodka: was going to opt for Belvedere/Grey Goose but are there other higher end vodkas

Brandy: was just going to opt for Hennessey, happy to take more reccs.

Whiskey: only have black label here, do not know too much about whiskey

Tequila: Don Julio
