climbing trainging question and tips
So i am a bit confusion regarding climbing trainings, as there so many information online and its a bit overwhelming, so here are my question
- When is the best time to do finger strength or hang boarding. Before or after climbing or days you dont climb?
- When is the best time to do antagonist training. Before or after climbing or days you dont climb?
- Is it advisable to do strength training like core training after climbing or it should be on the days i don't climb?
I really want to improve my climbing ive been climbing for almost six months 3 times a week and im still at 5 grade i cant finish anything at 6. I even practice my technique everytime i climb but still i think its not enough
Some climbers at my gym told me i need also strength to be able to progress.
I hope you can answer my questions, and if you guys can share your training plans to improve.
