climbing trainging question and tips

So i am a bit confusion regarding climbing trainings, as there so many information online and its a bit overwhelming, so here are my question

  1. When is the best time to do finger strength or hang boarding. Before or after climbing or days you dont climb?
  2. When is the best time to do antagonist training. Before or after climbing or days you dont climb?
  3. Is it advisable to do strength training like core training after climbing or it should be on the days i don't climb?

I really want to improve my climbing ive been climbing for almost six months 3 times a week and im still at 5 grade i cant finish anything at 6. I even practice my technique everytime i climb but still i think its not enough

Some climbers at my gym told me i need also strength to be able to progress.
