Rogue twink 29 weapon enchants and spec

Since I don’t have enough time for riding and leveling I’m going to play twink and I decided to play a rogue, but I have two questions about rogues weapon enchants and spec.

First question: I’m playing a level 29 twink rogue and I still can’t decide what’s the best weapon enchant as a combat rogue. At the moment I’ve crusader on the zealot blade and once I’ll get wsg revered I’ll buy the OH and I would enchant it with crusader again, but still I can’t understand if is better double crusader, double 15 agility, crusader MH and 15 agility OH or 15 agility MH and crusader OH. Anyone tried all of these and can explain me which is better and why? Does 15 agility gives more much more stats at level 29 to make the 100 strength proc worst?

Second question: I’m full combat with Imp gouge and 5% hit for the MH hit cap, but I’ve seen people going for 5% crit and 3% dodge instead of imp gouge and 5% hit and I was wondering if that’s a better spec. Honestly I think that without the 5% hit I would miss a lot, but in the other hand that 5% crit looks tasty. Anyone have tried both and can tell me what’s the best choice?

Bonus question: is Vendetta better than wsg revered dagger?
