Is there a 'fastest movement speed' class in Vanilla?

Shaman has 40% movement speed off-mount (ghost wolf), but is that the fastest? Are there special gear pieces you can equip as a high level to roam around the overworld farming ore nodes or herbs in +movement speed gear, etc.?
