1965 mustang

Hello everyone, I am replacing the motor in my 65’ mustang. I am going from a 289 to a 302 and will also be putting a sniper fuel injection system on there. I am younger and don’t know a whole lot about vehicles but have a passion for them. If anyone can lean me in a way to go or how I need to prepare for this project it would be greatly appreciated.
