Italy 8 day trip help :)

Helloo was going to travel to Italy in may and my mother wanted to visit lake como , lugano switzerland , venice , florence , the amalfi coast. Would it be possible in 8 days or would it be too exhausting to enjoy the trip, if so can anyone recommend which part should I leave out or which program should I make to include them all :) thank you!
