Arc & North Coast

Absolutely stellar weekend for the chi edm community. Did arc last year, north coast this year. It’s always a debate and comparison but both are so incredible. The crowds at both are full of kind souls that love this beep boop untz untz music. There’s always some bad vibe fuckery at any fest and I couldn’t say one crowd was better or worse than the other. Arc crowd felt a little more mature maybe, some two step goblins. North coast crowd feels a little more rave plur ponies. If you’re a house head and only house then arc is your haven. If you enjoy every sub genre, north coast’s lineup checks every box. Living downtown arc is so much closer. Stage design & curated art is a little better at north coast I think, and there are more sidequest opportunities at north coast. Don’t love the 45 minute drive to north coast from downtown, especially when you’re going back and forth with afties, arc is way more convenient. Thanks for listening to my Ted talk. Stay safe.
