Weird crash with no fatigue?

In a really severe crash that I don’t even know how or why it happened, I’m housebound as it is, now bedridden last 3 days, pure insomnia, weakness in my whole body, really bad brain fog, feels like I can’t see properly but I can, head feels strange, no appetite.. feel dizzy like my brain is moving around

Has this happened to anyone else? I’m almost 4 years with long Covid and I feel like I’m just severely getting worst, now I’m scared I’m going to be bedridden now. I haven’t had this brain fog feeling in 2 years I don’t know wtf has happened, even with normal crashes I usually get fatigue and sleep for ages this is different and it’s scary
