1.0 Release Spoilers - Help
Hello everyone! I’m very excited to be playing the 1.0 release, with one major issue so far.
I polygel’d warm static until I had enough to get all mutations. Unfortunately… there appears to be one mutation that is a serious drawback (not a defect mutation) and makes the game unplayable.
A much greater number of mutations are available now. It seems that the same ones are selectable by the player, but when Static shuffles them you can get ones normally only available for monsters. A lot of these are cool, haven’t gotten to explore them but they seem that way from the descriptions.
However, one seems to be the mutation that causes Livid Creepers to only be able to travel on walls. I have every nutation as far as I know, so I can’t get rid of it by shuffling (and if I can, it will likely take far more warm static than I have). Does anyone have ideas for a solution? Devs, is this a bug or an intentional nerf of the warm static trick?
