New cat owner.

Sorry if this is an amateur question but I’m a new cat mom and have had Jay a couple months now. I don’t know much about cats yet but am trying to learn! He’s 5 months old and only does this on this one blanket. Is this sexual? Or is it a kitten thing? I can’t tell. 🥴
