Discussion: most iconic boss battle in the series.

I'm currently making a project for the Smash Bros subreddit that involving giving ever series their unique boss battle, but I cannot decide this alone.

I was down to keep Dracula as it is in Ultimate. Not only is he the recurrent antagonist of the series, his battle is a perfect adaptation to the source material

However, there might be a better option you know about. Keep in mind that it's also appreciated to specify the way you could adapt the boss accuretely to Smash.
