What am I doing wrong?
I've only had the pan for 2 years but clearly must be doing something wrong. I wash the pan each time after use with water, dish soap and kitchen sponge. Season it (either on stove for a short while or in the oven for an hour). Have noticed flaking (guessing it must be those bare spots in the pictures)?
Can I get some advice as to whether the pan is salvageable? I'm hoping it could be as simple as stripping the cast iron pan and seasoning it?
