HELP!! CRS 501- What are my chances!

Hello wonderful community,

I hope you all are well. I am working as an Assistant Project Manager (TEER 0) and I have 7 months of Canadian work experience- living in BC and studied masters from Quebec. I will be giving my CELPIP and hoping to get the highest grade to max out points. My work permit expires in June 2027.

I would not want to put all eggs in one basket (considering CEC only) but also explore PNP streams. I have 8 months of back home experience so after completing 1 year of Canadian experience I am not eligible for any BC PNP? Could you all suggest what other province I should move to increase of chances PNP?

For context my employer is all over canada and I would need to apply for internal job postings and can switch between province. Based on that what province should I start targeting? I don’t think my employer will support me in PNP as it a corporate company. Also what kind of support do we need for PNP. Do big corporate companies provide support?
