2014 Camaro SS ac compressor clutch not engaging.

My ac was blowing hot so I check the Freon to see if it was low but it was fine. Noticed the clutch was not engaging and so I checked the fuse, replaced it and it was fine, checked the relay and bought a new one. Still nothing, any ideas?
