Madness Calling Card BO6

I’m in the process of 100%ing zombies, and I am stuck on the Madness calling card. When I go into Challenges —> Calling Cards —> Career, it says I only have 3/25 Alchemist Medals collected. BUT when I go into Stats—>Medal Collection, it says I have 19 Alchemist Medals. Is this glitched out or something? I’ve tried multiple combinations of elements (shock grenade, Molotov mostly) and can’t figure out which one counts and which doesn’t. Half the time I get the Alchemist symbol at the top of my screen, half the time I don’t. Should I be shooting the zombies after Molotov and shock grenade are thrown? the Does anyone have any tips to get this easier, rather than me just doing this and only getting 3 out of every 19 I do?
