Burzum punk music?

I’m trying to find where the inspiration for riffs like that on stemmen fra taarnet by burzum And Pursvitnir by Arckanum originate from because it sounds quite punkish. It’s more evident in Pursvitnir I’d say. Can someone help? Thanks!
