Where can I find the latest info on the homeless people in Durham

There are so many people around Durham asking for Money. Walking downtown I will be approached by 5 or 6 individuals on one night, many of who I have seen before.

I'd like to stay better informed on what I can do to help. Is $5 going to make a difference? Or what is the best way to help?
