Want to Upgrade Current Build Under $500

Hey, I built my first pc a few years ago using this sub, basically just bought the list that was recommended to me back then: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/JZNkcx

The only new piece is the SSD which I bought a month or two ago on a recommendation after someone told me only using an HDD was basically screwing over the whole build and yeah that helped a lot.

I don't really follow PC part news so I have no idea what parts would be best to upgrade/add to get the most for my money. Plus I have no idea if upgrading is an issue for any of these parts like the power supply or my monitor.

I'd like to play Monster Hunter Wilds next year, probably the biggest budget game I can think of in the future. Doesn't need to be on Ultra but would be nice to hit High settings. Also do a lot of work in Photoshop if that's relevant.
