Looking for some upgrade advice/help

My monitors are - 27" MSI MAG272QR (Main monitor), AOC 2769M + Asus VX238
- PC purpose? (Gaming, editing, etc. List apps/games)
Mainly gaming (Main games currently are Call of Duty BO6, World of Warcraft, Cyberpunk, Hearthstone, Magic Arena), I also use this for work (not too intensive) and sometimes run a couple of VMs so not heavy load on these either.
- Purchase country? Near Micro Center?
UK (England)
- Monitors needed? (Number, size, resolution, refresh rate)
No want to use current monitors above for now.
- Budget range? (Include tax considerations)
Looking at spending between £700-850
- WiFi or wired connection?
Using wired into powerline adaptor
- Size/noise constraints?
No Size constraints but would ideally like it quieter than current.
- Color/lighting preferences?
No preferences - these kind of things don't bother me.
- Any other specific needs?
I am attempting to find out what is best to upgrade next on my pc - I've had suggestions of replacing my CPU and been suggested the AMD X3D CPUs as it is the current bottleneck and this would cause me to upgrade the mobo/cpu fan/PSU and RAM. Just looking to get more info on what I should be looking at purchasing and upgrading as I'm not fully knowledgeable on this. Thanks for all the help given
