Amazon scammed me

Hey! Would love some help/advice:

I bought a Corsair RM850e modular power supply from Amazon and it was delivered today. When I opened the box, I saw that I had gotten a CV650 non-modular power supply in the box of the RM850e.

I took some pictures and got in touch with Amazon's support over a call, who told me that the documentation from their warehouse indicates that the correct power supply was in the box when it was delivered, and that they could do nothing about it.

I asked to speak to a supervisor, but since it's the holidays, no one was available and I was told that I would get a call back within 48 hours.

I'm not too confident that Amazon will end up resolving my issue, so if anyone has dealt with something like this before, is there any advice you could give me?
