1650 super on dell optiplex 9010/7010

Are turing based cards like the 1650(super) and 1660(ti) compatible with the dell optiplex 9010/7010 mini tower because I read somewhere that they are not compatible with UEFI systems. I know i will have to upgrade the gpu but just want to know whether it will be compatible with the motherboard of the optiplex. My processor is an i5 3570.
