Is upgrading my 16gb RAM worth it?

This is my very first post on Reddit ever.
I'm looking for advice, please.
I have two sticks of RAM atm, 8gb each, see attached pictures.
TLGD48G3000HC16CBK 8gb DDR4 3000 CL16-18-18-38 1.35V
PVS48G300C6 PE000631 8gb DDR4 3000 CL16 1.35V
I often feel that 16gb is insufficient and would like to buy more RAM.
Questions:
- What do you think of my current mismatched setup?
- What is a smart way to expand RAM with my setup?
