Should I "Keep all files" when reinstalling windows after a platform upgrade?

I'm about to upgrade platforms (AM4->AM5, X-570 PLUS -> B650-E) and I know I should reinstall windows afterwards, especially since I've been on this install for 4 years straight at this point, but should I select "keep all files" on the reset screen? Will doing so leave behind some files that it shouldn't?
