Streaming

I’m hoping to get into streaming once I upgrade my pc. Mainly sim racing games like iRacing, and lemans ultimate.

Will a ryzen 7 7700x and a 6800xt with ddr5 ram be sufficient in streaming and gaming on just the one pc? Or will either cpu or gpu need a bit more juice?
