Looking for some upgrade advice/recommendations

Hello all!

Looking for some help and guidance on what I should be upgrading/changing in my current build I have now. I currently use this setup (https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/Mwhite2004/saved/#view=Hk3PnQ) for gaming - mainly WoW, CoD, Cyberpunk, Hearthstone, Magic Arena, and other games - but also use for work and occasionally running VMs.

I have the following monitors and all of my peripherals already: 27" MSI MAG272QR (Main monitor), AOC 2769M + Asus VX23

I have been suggested by a friend to upgrade my CPU next as it is my current bottleneck and has suggested X3D CPUs to be pretty good. This would mean a change of mobo,cpu fan, RAM and PSU - I have thrown this together (https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/Mwhite2004/saved/#view=pw297P) and I am looking for advice on if this is good at all or should I change things?

Note I already have the storage and GPU but if you have ideas on changing the GPU as well if the above build isn't great then I am welcome to the idea. My budget is around £700-850 for upgrades on this so within this price range would be appreciated.
