Are 4 sticks of RAM on AM5 still a problem?

I hope this is a question for this subreddit since r/hardware didn't want it:

I have seen a few posts about it online on how you should only get 2 sticks, because 4 sticks are limited to ~3600 instead of the purchased 6000, as an example. But then again the posts were a few months old so it might have been fixed by now?

So, is it still a problem or has it been resolved?
