glue gunner paragon idea!

here's a crappy sketch ^ *feet removed for the weirdos out there I did a glue paragon who floats on one side of the screen. it's like a weather guy who sends out acidic tsunamis that melt most moabs down to their metal core which also pops other bloons. it has a passive glue storm which occasionally sends out lightning strikes which freeze affected Bloons (BADs included), as well as an ability that's a targeted rapid burst of lightning. its third ability sends out pink hurricanes that send some Bloons to the start of the track. if you charge the ability by waiting a bit after its ready you can send a massive hurricane that sends BADs to the start and freezes them.
