How do you handle bookmarks on browsers?

Do you use the default browser bookmark system?
Do you use a new-tab extension to set up a new tab with bookmarks? Something like tabliss, nighttab, bonjourr?
Do you use a bookmark manager?

Very interested in how most people are handling their bookmarks! :)
