Region free international distributors

This may be a stupid ass question, so forgive it if so.

What international distributors(Second Sight, Umbrella, etc.) are selling region free boutiques? I see some gorgeous stuff but am concerned about dropping the cash only to find out that I can't play the disc.

Any insight would be highly appreciated.
