Best Local Shops for Unique Holiday Gifts

Doing a bit of last minute shopping and was curious what the community recommended for some fun and/or cool local shops for unique gifts! Things like Liberty Puzzle come to mind as something on the more unique side. Haven’t been in Boulder long and am really only familiar with what’s on Pearl so looking forward to hear what everyone has to say :)
