Artist Housing Live/Work Space

What’s up people? I just got my Boston Artist Certification and looking for some Live/Work spaces to check and move in by April. Any leads on open spaces would be great! If you currently live in “artists building” what are the pros and cons. Doing a quick search I haven’t seen anything under $2000. There’s a “master list” of spaces but half the links on it don’t work. I prefer to be on the North Shore or Merrimack Valley but anything east of Worcester works for me. Thanks for reading any input would be appreciated!
