Fold away tongue sag

I had a short fold, 15", extended the folding section to 48". The max limit according to Fulton is 48" 260lb tongue weight. I'm at 310lb now until I adjust the axle but should I be concerned? Anyone else have a decent sag on their folding tongue? I could cut it down also, Fulton states 39" at 320lb is safe range
