COMC: Boardgame bookshelf quilt

My husband retired this year. He’s an avid board-gamer, so for a retirement present I started this bookshelf quilt full of his favorite games back in April. This week I finally got the shelves all assembled. I want to work on some holiday projects, so work on the outer case, the border, the quilting and the binding will have to wait until 2022! This is only my second large quilt, and I’m really excited about how it’s looking—can’t wait to finish it some day! Someone over on r/quilting suggested I crosspost it here.
