What games did an organizer/insert move the needle for you?

I've started to see the barrier to many of my games getting tabled is setup. Realized once I got some inserts for Paladins of the West Kingdom that everyone was willing to play as it was just hand out a tray and the game was about ready to go. I'd love to hear from everyone else what games did an insert not just make storage more convenient but actually made setup/game play easier. I've got Dune: Imperium cards organized so set is pretty easy. Spirit Island (JE and NI) I have condesned into 2 boxesbut are any of the expensive organizers/trays worth it for that game?
