Tips for buying a 2025 X7

I’m looking to buy a 2025 X7 xDrive40i and have heard some folks are snagging 8-12% off MSRP. As someone who’s only bought one car before, I’m curious how they’re pulling that off. Any tips or strategies to help me negotiate a similar deal? Also, does anyone have a broker they recommend?
