R80 Horsepower restraint

Hello everyone, young rider here. I just got my A2 permit (europe) and i wanted to buy like my father an old r80 and do a custom build. But because of the A2 I cant go past 47,5 horse power. Do you know if i cant get something that can restrain it for 2 years so that after i do my A permit i can unrestrain it. Thank you very much for the help.✌🏻Peace out
