Noob struggling go pro in blender

Can somebody please help me fix this front face of this bottle, I need and want it for my ego get it to have right topology, but I dont understand how to do it.

I tried CTRL +b them inside but that doest fix the problem still like 16 vertices shape face? Is there way to cut it from vertices to vertices to create 4 way faces? Or some faster method.

This is my last chance I tried to google everything.
